Can you match our imaging and configuration standards?
Yes. We build your imaging, enrollment, and configuration steps into a documented runbook (including MDM enrollment, asset tagging, and BIOS/firmware settings), and every unit is verified against it before it ships.
What happens when a deployed device fails?
It flows into the maintenance loop: advance exchange puts a working unit in the user’s hands first, and the failed device comes back to the depot for repair, with component-level depth when it’s worth recovering rather than replacing.
How do you handle end-of-life devices and the data on them?
Recovered devices are sanitized following NIST SP 800-88 media-sanitization guidelines with per-unit documentation and chain of custody. Units with residual value are refurbished and recovered; the rest are responsibly recycled.
Can we see where every device is in the process?
Yes. The portal shows every unit’s stage in real time, from received through staged, deployed, in-repair, or retired, and the REST API can push that data into your ITSM or asset-management systems.
