Warranty repair services in Canada: support your installed base without running a depot.
In-warranty and paid repair, advance exchange, and component-level rework for OEMs, distributors, and retailers with product in the Canadian field. One depot, one integration, full visibility.
THE JOBRepair and support the products we've put in the field, in Canada, without running our own depot.
From RMA to back in service.
One pipeline for every unit: warranty rules applied automatically, out-of-warranty estimates approved in the portal, and advance exchange keeping your users running while the repair happens.
What's included
In-warranty repair
Depot repair programs that carry your warranty terms: intake, diagnosis, repair, test, and return, with SLAs and per-unit reporting.
Explore 02Out-of-warranty & paid repair
Estimate-and-approve paid repair flows for units past coverage. Approvals happen in the portal, not over email.
Explore 03Advance exchange
Ship the replacement first, process the return second. We hold and manage your buffer stock in the depot.
Explore 04Component & BGA-level rework
Reballing, component replacement, and board recovery: repair depth most depots simply don’t have, for boards others would scrap.
ExploreEnd-customer intake
Your customers submit repairs through a branded intake flow, so single-unit RMAs never clog your service desk.
Portal, API & reporting
Real-time unit status, turnaround metrics, and full REST API access. Integrate the depot straight into your service systems.
Built for teams with product in the Canadian field
- OEMs with an installed base in Canada and no in-country depot
- Distributors and retailers running warranty or extended-warranty programs
- PC component makers who need board-level RMA repair, not whole-unit swaps
- Specialized industrial and board-level buyers who ship failed parts, not devices
Common starting points
- You’re launching or scaling a product line in Canada and need in-country service from day one.
- A US-based repair arrangement is ending, or cross-border shipping, duties, and turnaround are eating the program.
- Warranty costs or turnaround times have become a visible problem for your service organization.
- Your RMA program scraps boards that component-level repair could recover.
Questions we get
What hardware do you repair?
IT hardware (laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, peripherals), point-of-sale systems, consumer and pro A/V, PC components, mobile devices, and general consumer electronics. If your product is electronic and sold in Canada, it almost certainly fits. Ask us about anything unusual.
Do you actually repair at the component level?
Yes. Beyond part and module swaps, we do SMD rework, microsoldering, BGA reballing and replacement, and board-level recovery. That depth is why component manufacturers send us failed boards rather than scrapping them.
Can you handle both in-warranty and out-of-warranty flows in one program?
Yes, that’s the normal setup. In-warranty units follow your coverage rules automatically; out-of-warranty units generate an estimate your team or end customer approves in the portal before work starts.
How do we get visibility into units at your depot?
Through the customer portal and REST API. You see every unit’s status in real time, approve estimates, route dispositions, and pull reporting, or integrate the API so the data lands directly in your own systems.
How do our end customers send in a device?
Through a branded repair-request flow that routes single units straight into the depot workflow. Your service desk stays out of the shipping-label business.
