Microland is the authorized service provider for QSC and Q-SYS in Canada, offering factory-level repair and support for Q-SYS Cores, amplifiers, controllers, loudspeakers, and cinema electronics.
Microland is the authorized service provider for QSC and Q-SYS in Canada. In-warranty and out-of-warranty repair for QSC and Q-SYS hardware is handled at our facility in Markham, Ontario.
What we service
- Q-SYS platform: Core processors, network I/O and peripherals, touch controllers, and network cameras
- Amplifiers: Network and installed-sound amplifiers, including the CX-Q and PL series
- Loudspeakers: Powered and installed loudspeakers, including the K Series and AcousticDesign lines
- Live and portable audio: TouchMix digital mixers and portable powered systems
- Cinema: Cinema amplifiers, processors, and screen channel loudspeakers
Factory-level service
Our bench works closely with the QSC and Q-SYS engineering and support teams, with direct access to factory service documentation, diagnostics, firmware, genuine parts, and technical escalation. Units are repaired and tested to the same standard as factory service, and warranty work keeps the manufacturer warranty intact.
How to start a repair
Repairs are initiated through QSC and Q-SYS, who will route your product to us:
- Q-SYS products: Create a case with Q-SYS support and select “New RMA for Repair” as the type.
- QSC pro audio and cinema products: Start through QSC product repair support.
