Turnaround and drop-off
Typical turnaround is 5–10 business days for consumer products and 7–12 business days for professional audio equipment. You can drop off equipment in person at our Markham facility Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, or ship it to us by courier from anywhere in Canada.
