How to start a repair
In-warranty: Start a repair request with the model, serial number, and a copy of your proof of purchase. If you have already opened a case with Rotel, Monitor Audio, or your dealer, they can route the unit to us directly.
Out-of-warranty: Use the same repair request form. You will receive an estimate after diagnosis and approve it before any work begins.
