Microland has partnered with Sony to launch a dedicated headband repair program for two of the most popular headphones on the market: the Sony WH-1000XM4 and WH-1000XM5.
If the headband on your headphones has broken and they’re out of warranty, this program gets them fixed at a flat, all-in price:
- Sony WH-1000XM4 headband repair: $150 CAD
- Sony WH-1000XM5 headband repair: $145 CAD
Both prices include parts, labour, tax, and shipping. No surprises, no estimates. One price covers everything.
What’s covered
This program covers headband repairs only, on the WH-1000XM4 and WH-1000XM5 specifically. Other headphone models and other types of issues are not part of this program.
If your headphones are still under warranty, contact Sony’s official support team instead, since warranty repairs are handled directly through Sony.
How it works
Getting started is simple: fill out the repair request form, ship us your headphones, and we’ll repair the headband and send them back to you.
